About The RoleThe RealReal is looking for a motivated, technically-minded Salesforce Technical Lead that thrives in a fast-paced environment to build and deliver product knowledge and technical-based skill content to our Sales Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong experience in building and demonstrating Salesforce applications and are interested in creating unique solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders to help execute a broad range of projects.

What You Get To Do Every DayPerform hands-on configuration & coding of all new and existing functionality including user management, security, custom objects, page layouts, validations, workflow, flows, process builders, reports and dashboards, and customized applications to support internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments.

Work with stakeholders and product management and tech leads to understand needs and identify solutions.

Design, build, test, debug, and maintain enterprise scale software applications

Effectively leverage Salesforce configuration to meet stakeholder requirements.

Work with team members to develop specifications and technical designs for complex projects using a combination of out of the box features and custom configuration.

Work in an agile and dynamic environment to facilitate timely responses to changing project requirements and customer objectives.

Provide technical and functional support to users of Salesforce and integrated third party applications.

Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor and identify insights

Proactively optimize the Salesforce platform to achieve project goals.

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5+ years Salesforce.com administration+coding experience & proven knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Force.com platforms.

Strong understanding of Sales Cloud/Service Cloud.

Design and build complex technical Cloud CRM solutions

Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Components, & front end web technologies including javascript

Declarative administration including: lightning flow, lightning apps, lightning page layouts, profiles, permission sets, flows and its sub-types.

Develop and maintain data models and data integration strategies to ensure consistent and accurate data collection and reporting across Salesforce and related systems.

Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce solutions are aligned with overall enterprise architecture, and business needs. Coordinate with technical and non-technical support groups to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Experience with optimizing Salesforce performance such as cache, events, etc.

Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer (I or II) or Platform App Builder. Administrator is a plus.

Exposure to Salesforce DX and experience designing test cases, acceptance criteria, and documentation.

Experience with Salesforce admin tools, such as data loading tools, automation tools, and debug tools (data loading tools including data loader, data import wizard, automation tools, and other data tools.

Experienced in developing and implementing custom system integrations between Salesforce and other systems using technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.

Experienced in troubleshooting custom integrations.

Experience using modern tools (jira, zendesk, g-suite, slack, dropbox, etc)

Develop and maintain technical documentation for design including integration diagrams, and data models.

Contribute to strategic plans and reviews to achieve operational objectives.

Develop an in-depth understanding of client businesses to position as a strategic tech partner and advisor.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience working in a customized Salesforce environment with at least 500+ users.

Experience with LeanData, SUMO, Zoom, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sites, Interaction Studio, Google BigQ, Looker, Zapier and Pardot.

The expected salary range for this role is $145,687.01-$176,848.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR's total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
