is growing and seeking a

Community Relations Manager

to build census and grow market share across

Flagler and Volusia counties.

Desirable candidates will have strong relationship building and communication skills, as well as sales experience in the Home Health (private duty) industry. In this role, you will be expected to:Cover assigned territory with regular in-person visits, communications, events and other marketing tools to build on existing and develop new referral sources.Educate targeted contacts about Senior Helpers and the unique value proposition our patient services bring.Perform client on-boarding assessments and handover to operations staff to facilitate the admission process.Initiate and pursue networking activity where synergies may exist with other providers such as home health agencies, hospice agencies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, independent living and other inpatient providers.Meet defined sales and revenue objectives.Desired Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience and proven success with sales and marketing, preferably in home health/private duty.

Sales exposure to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Home Health Agencies, Hospitals, Assisted Living (AL), Independent Living (ILC), Memory Care, and/or 55+ Communities strongly preferred.

Excellent planning, organizational, communication and presentation skills.Enthusiastic, flexible, nimble, "can do" attitude, creative, professional, high energyClinical knowledge or experience a plus but not required.Job Type:

Full-time - Base Salary + Commissions
