Friday through Sunday

covering 12 hours shifts starting 7 A.M - 7 P.M. and 7 P.M. - 7 A.M.

Provide high-quality care to residents per their individualized service planAttend to residents' individual needs and assist with activities of daily livingMaintain comfort, privacy, and dignity of our residentsPromptly reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisorRequirements:

Ability to speak, read and write EnglishHigh school diploma, GED, or 1-3 months related experience or training preferredIf a CNA, must provide copy of certificateMust submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines
