How You Will Make an Impact?

The Parts Sales Coordinator will process quotes and orders in response to customer calls and making outbound parts sales calls to existing and prior customers. The parts sales coordinator will also support OEM parts sales and the local Buyer/Planner.

The Nuts and BoltsAnswer inbound phone calls for parts sales and provide the caller with parts information, and parts quote.Respond promptly and accurately to email parts quote requests.Research resources to provide correct part(s) for older model bodies where original part(s) are no longer available.Pursue additional business by outbound prospecting with existing and former customers.Assist with current open accounts receivable issues including but not limited to updating internal A/R database, contacting customers for resolution and facilitating any necessary account changes.Communicate with customers regarding expected delivery dates/ship dates for orders, follow-up communication, invoices, and purchase orders.Provide customers with backordered material updates on their ship date and order status.Required Credentials

Customer service experienceExcellent interpersonal, communication, analytical skillsExcellent organization skillsHigh School DiplomaPreferred Credentials

JDE EnterpriseOne experience or other MRP/ERP system utilized to reference part information.You Must Be Able to

Working in an office environment in a seated position a minimum of eight hours per day is required. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or Lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the workday. Proper lifting techniques required. May include lifting up to 25 pounds for files, computer printouts on occasion.The performance of this position may occasionally require exposure to the manufacturing areas where under certain areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses with side shields and mandatory hearing protection. Primary environment: ambient room temperatures, lighting and traditional office equipment as found in a typical office environment.How We Make an Impact
