OVERVIEW:
Are you passionate about ensuring quality and delivering exceptional service? Join us as a Field-Based Installation Inspector / QA Tech at Real Floors, Inc. In this role, you'll be our frontline hero, inspecting flooring installations in apartments and student housing owned by universities and colleges. Your keen eye for detail and knack for minor repairs will ensure our customers receive top-notch service. Plus, with daily use of a company vehicle, you'll have the freedom to drive to job sites and make a real difference.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Drive to multifamily job sites daily to inspect flooring installationsReport and follow up on incidents to ensure timely resolutionIdentify and remedy minor installation defects using company toolsLog quality inspections and customer interactionsCollaborate with subcontracted installers and vendors to address issues and stay updated on product knowledge and installation methodsConduct installation education seminars and assist in training new sales repsAssist with material pickup and delivery to job sitesPerform other duties as assigned by managementESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Experience with carpet and vinyl flooring materials and related suppliesAbility to perform floor covering repairsPhysically capable of climbing stairs, bending, and lifting up to 75 lbsValid driver's license and clean driving recordReliable transportationBilingual English/Spanish fluency
