Position Summary:The

Office Manager

reports directly to the President/CEO of Johns Hopkins Care at Home and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies seeking access to the Executives, anticipates their needs, and directs the strategic management of the President's calendar based on defined priorities

This position oversees office operations and supervises the administrative support staff by managing priorities work assignments and workflow. Also, manages the assignment of coverage of the Patient Reception Area and takes on the lead role in Administrative Coordinator backup plans.

The Office Manager will hire, train, and evaluate administrative support staff team members; develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures; and generally, ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently. This position provides consistent support to the administrative staff with various support functions such as payroll processing, recruiting, onboarding, etc.

This position will facilitate information exchange between departments, entities, vendors, and outside agencies.

Additionally, this position focuses on customer service and continuous improvement of operations. The Office Manager must demonstrate, through leadership example, visible organizational support and a positive attitude to create a positive work environment.

Two-year college ortechnical business school is acceptable.Minimum of four years related experience at an administrative level with a demonstrated record of increased responsibilities, preferably in a health care setting.Two years of supervisory/management experience preferred.
