We are seeking a Journeyman Pipefitter to join our

Mosinee, WI

mill. The Journeyman Pipefitter lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs, and maintains piping systems, pipe supports, fixtures, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam.

The competitive rate starts at $36.52/hour with a shift differential of .75 on 2nd and .90 on 3rd.

As a Pipefitter you will:Selects the type and size of pipe and related materials and equipment, such as supports, hangers, and hydraulic cylinders, according to job specificationsCuts pipe using a hacksaw, pipe cutter, grinder, cutting torch and pipe-cutting machineBends pipe by hand or with pipe-bending tools and machineMounts pipe hangers and brackets on walls and ceiling to hold the pipeAssembles and installs a variety of metal or nonmetal pipes and pipe fittings, using threaded caulked, soldering, brazen, fused, welded, or cemented joints, and hand toolsPerforms minor maintenance of cleaning activities of tools and equipmentOther duties assignedQualifications:

Must hold a valid journeyman card, indicating successful completion of an accredited apprenticeship program in maintenance, millwright, pipefitter, or equivalent.Welding certification requiredPass pre-employment testing, drug screening, and physical assessmentThe ability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime
