Possess a Texas-sized hustle paired with genuine hospitality Pride themselves on attention to detail to make sure every plate, fork, glass, and bowl sparkle and shine and every detail is perfect Have a passion of an organized and efficient dish area and back of house environment Understand the importance of a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and take the safety of the food, guests, and team seriously Understand the balance of Texas hospitality and efficiency EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum one (1) year steward or dishwasher experience preferred, high volume experience a plus Must be able to read and understand chemical uses and labels Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city and company regulations
