Looking for hardworking, knowledgeable commercial plumber. To install commercial plumbing on small to large-scale commercial jobs including restaurants, retail, warehouses, hotels, some multi-family, and much more. Lead a team and perform all duties for all stages of the jobs from the ground up.Responsibilities:
Commercial plumbing installation from underground stack out to trim out on large-scale commercial projectsRead and interpret plans and building specifications.Use of copper, cast Iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other piping.Install grease traps, oil interceptors, lint interceptors, and all utility hookups.Install water, gas, sewer, and grease lines.Set all fixtures and plumbing per plans.Involve cutting, threading, fit pipes, valves, and caulking.Qualifications:
4+ years of commercial plumbing experience such as corporate offices, dining establishments, and educational institutions and federal contracts.Journeyman plumbing license preferred not required/ or equivalent experience.Ability to read plans and shop drawings.Possess hand tools and trade-specific tools.Ability to direct the work of a helper or apprentice.Able to work from ladders and lifts from various heights.Ability to operate machinery such as mini excavator, tamp, skid steer, scissor lift, and other equipment as needed.Ability to pass background screening, MVR, and drug screening.
