The Busser will work with servers to set tables, deliver requested items, remove used dishes, and practice good table maintenance. You will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by keeping the dining area clean and serving food promptly and accurately.
Prepare dining areas before guests are seated, including setting silverware, napkins, tableware, and condimentsRemove dirty utensils and replenish them as neededClean and reset tables after guests leaveAct as the contact point between Front of House and Back of the House staffMaintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areasDeliver orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accuratelyInform restaurant staff about customer feedback or requests (asking for the check etc.)Perform other duties as assigned by upper management
