About the Team:

As an Office Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Americas Distribution Center to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to our policies.

This role requires strong project management skills, experience in executing meetings, demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage highly confidential and critical information

As an Office Manager, you will successfully manage ad hoc tasks and special projects assigned by the Director of Facilities or senior leadership, ensuring timely delivery. Additionally, will be responsible for executing smaller projects related to the AME DC.

Your Role as an Office Manager:Cultivate and maintain strong vendor relationships for the Americas Distribution Center, overseeing food, cleaning, and maintenance services.Oversee office operations, including the management of office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure seamless daily operations.Ensure the excellent condition of the building through regular weekly facility inspections.Greet and direct vendors and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Provide proactive support and assistance to the management team as necessary.Collaborate with HR and Internal Communication teams to effectively roll out employee communication strategiesCreate, edit, and proofread business communications and documents on behalf of the team, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.Manage incoming and outgoing mail efficiently, including specialized mail or messenger services as needed.Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and activities to support the team's objectives such as quarterly town halls.Prioritize conflicting needs and proactively resolve matters to successful completion.Perform additional administrative duties as assigned, occasionally requiring work outside of normal business hours.Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining a professional demeanour and effectively interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.What is needed to succeed:

Degree in Business Administration or Facilities ManagerAt least five years of experience managing an office or similar setting preferably at an executive levelExperience working in a global matrix organisation and capacity to contribute to globally networked projectsExcellent computer skills in Microsoft Office primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to recognize and appropriately handle highly sensitive and confidential material and information.Ability to take self-initiative and be proactive.Must have the ability to identify, prioritize, and manage important administrative issues, multi-task and effectively prioritize work assignments in addition to handling changing priorities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, writing and editing ability focused primarily on correspondence and related documents, highly responsible and sensitive to quick turnaround deadlines.Desire to take on new responsibilities in areas with no prior experience.Highest level of interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with senior executives, displaying diplomacy, tact, and resourcefulness.Well-developed administrative and organizational skillsExceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality results and deliverablesCustomer focused and service orientedAbility to function independently and use discretion while making sound decisions on a regular basisPossess a professional demeanor with proven capability to maintain the highest level of confidentialityFluent in English. Columbia, Maryland Salary:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 commensurate on experience

The Pandora North America team in the USA & Canada consists of more than 115 employees working at our offices in New York & Baltimore, more than 80 in our Logistics Center in Columbia, Maryland, an additional 100 in field positions, and more than 3,900 in our owned and operated stores.

Today, the USA is Pandora's single largest market. The Pandora North American region as a whole encompasses over 1,400 points of sale, including over 420 concept stores, with more than 300 being owned and operated by Pandora.
