PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITIONResponsible for providing skilled craftsmanship for installation of formwork, finish carpentry and drywall.

KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)A. Study blueprints, sketches or building plans for information pertaining to type of material required, such aslumber or fiberboard. Measures the dimensions of structure of fixture to be fabricated

B. Concrete and rough carpentry1. Hand set walls2. Footings3. Set gang wall forms4. Structural concrete decks5. Slab on metal deck and grade6. Concrete columns7. Drywall

C. Finish carpentry, doors and hardware1. Set door frames, hang doors, and install hardware2. Finish carpentry: toilet accessories, hand rails, corner guards, toilet partitions, lockers, upper cabinets,lower cabinets, countertops, wall paneling systems, coffered ceiling systems and running trim

D. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levelsE. All other duties as assigned
