BUSSER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that all beverage are prepared to maintain the quality standards consistently at all times as mandated by TOG Corporate Operations, TOG Director of Operations and General ManagerObtain service area assignment at the beginning of each shiftPromptly greet guests as they are seated and bring water to tableRemove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next coursePromptly clean table tops, chairs and booths between seatingsCheck floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletopClear tables after guests. Take tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washingInspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as neededRespond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to server as neededCommunicate with server and hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer serviceAssist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periodsThank guests as they are leavingBe available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisorBe able to work on your feet for long periods of timeBe able to lift more than 20 lbsBe able to carry tray and stack platesAssist other FOH staff to perform setting up restaurant, cleaning restaurant, bussing tables, running food, taking food orders, making cocktails, serving guests, assisting host staff and opening and serving wine, when neededPerform all duties while following all health department sanitation requirementsOther duties as assignedMust be able to read, write and speak EnglishNo consumption of alcoholic beverages while workingBe available, weekend and holidays
