Position Overview:
Treichel Transport is seeking experienced truck drivers skilled in operating flatbeds to join our team! Our routes are primarily within a 200-mile radius of our starting location, with opportunities for over-the-road (OTR) routes. If you're a reliable driver with a strong commitment to safety and customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport goods using to various destinations within a 200-mile radius and occasionally on OTR routes.Load and secure cargo properly, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.Maintain and inspect the flatbed and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and cargo.Maintain accurate logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repairs.Comply with all DOT regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).Experience with securing various types of cargo.Updated DOT medical card.Clean driving record.Ability to pass a drug screen.Strong communication and time management skills.Previous truck driving experience preferred.
