Job Summary
:
MOR PPM, Inc. seeks an experienced Maintenance Electrician for a full-time position located in Bennettsville, SC. Will perform daily PM’s, assist with Capital projects, run conduit, troubleshoot, terminate, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance electrical work mill wideRead and understand wiring schematicTroubleshoot faulted circuits and equipmentRun conduit of all types and sizesTerminate motors, panels, etcFollow daily instruction and work orders assignedExperience:
At least three-years experience as industrial maintenance electricianCombination of technical training and experience will be consideredQualifications & Skills:
Electrical license and/or NCCER training are a plusAbility to operate all sizes of man lifts (will be certified on site)CPR and ARC flash certification will be providedInterpersonal skills such as oral, verbal and written communication and reasoning is required.Physical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:
Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically through DocuSignMay be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 poundsMust posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified aboveMust be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areasMust have full range of motion consistent with ageMust be able to climb and maintain balance laddersMust be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noisesVisual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfacesSafety/Steel toe shoes are required. Fire resistant (FR’s may be required)
