The Office of Graduate Programs in the Swanson School of Engineering is seeking a Graduate Admission Specialist to provide admission processing support. Responsibilities include processing applications and decisions in EngCAS and PeopleSoft, communicating with departments, responding to phone calls and emails, and
assisting graduate student admission efforts in SSOE from application to enrollment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, is required. Preference given to candidates with knowledge of Pitt graduate admissions operations software, PeopleSoft and Liaison/Outcomes, though not required. A high degree of comfort with technology is essential to perform required tasks.
