Responsibilities for Busser:Clear tables of dish ware and napkins after meals, and return them to the kitchenKeep floors and chairs near dining tables clean by sweeping and moppingMaintain appropriate stock levels of glassware, silverware, and dish wareClean, sanitize, and reset tables after mealsAssist servers with food deliveryKeep designated service stations clean and well stockedRequirements and skills for successful Busser
Restaurant experience preferredDemonstrated ability to work well in a team environmentAbility to obtain and maintain a food handler certification cardExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to lift and move up to 50 poundsBenefits:

Company InformationIn November 2007, Brooks Bassler founded BB's with the original 1,100-square-foot restaurant at Montrose and Westheimer in Houston, Texas. It was the perfect starter! Bassler opened BB's with the intention of creating a unique brand. BB's would feature authentic New Orleans-style po' boys and Tex-Orleans cooking with a distinct menu, offered how and when customers wanted it: for dine-in, catering and take-out, and available for late-night dining as well as during traditional hours.
