Acara Solutions is looking for an Office Administrator /Customer Service Representative for our client located in Kennesaw, GADaily business functions for a manufacturing company providing equipment and supplies to both domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers.Invoicing (print, mail, online, credit card)Maintain records/files of customer transactionsDirect interfacing with customers/prospects by phone and emailCoordinate shipping documents and procedures for domestic and international shipmentsInternational and domestic freight quotes and administrationAdminister/Track customer warranty claims/recordsAll aspects of A/R functions
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years' business experience
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in ManufacturingExperience in Sage SoftwareProficient in Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with UPS, FedEx, LTL - shipping procedures (Domestic and International)Have ability to multi-task and prioritize work flowInterpersonal skills - "Customer Focused"Attention to details and high organizational skillsExcellent communication skillsAdditional Information:Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
