**Check out this NEW Opportunity with Axient!**Axient is seeking an Administrative Professional Level II to join our team at the Headquarters of the United States Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategy, Integration and Requirements in Washington DC.The Headquarters of United States Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategy, Integration and Requirements is responsible for analytic decision support to senior Air Force leaders; strategy development; operational concept development; operational challenge studies; operational/regional politico-military analysis; developing capability assessments; war and mobility planning support; requirements development; conducting net assessments; and Air Force Planning and Programming decision support of developing the Air Force of the future. Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) are required to support analysis across all phases of Air Force design to support the strategic planning and programming process: strategy development, force design, concept formulation; threat assessment, exercises, modeling and simulation and continuous feedback loops.**What you will do...**+ Provide focused corporate support to the A5/7 Action Group and the A5/7 Front Office as well as assist A5S for all over-arching administrative and executive support requirements such as high level briefings, internal and external senior level meetings, speeches and conferences; all annual 2-Ltr submissions and plans; Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests and fulfillment; transition efforts upon changes in leadership; management of suspense actions and Task Management Tool (TMT) database efforts as well as a number of other tasks associated with corporate support functions (including building and room access, security management, badging, parking, etc.).+ Assist A5/7 in the provision of A5/7 Administrative Management support to include focused front office administrative and executive support, providing support for high level briefings such as mission briefings, internal and external senior level meetings, speeches, and conferences. Report progress and/or Status in the A5/7 Monthly Progress Report.+ Support A5/7 in the build, coordination, consolidation, and submission of A5/7 overarching Annual 2-Ltr submissions and plans including but not limited to the Annual History submission and the Strategic Plan.+ Report progress and/or Status in the A5/7 Monthly Progress 17 Report.**Skills you will need...**+ Five (5) or more years of experience with familiarity of US Government or Department of Defense.+ Bachelors degree.+ Candidate(s) shall possess extensive MS office experience as well as management executive skills.
