Mailroom Clerk

The position provides mail support services by accurately processing all incoming accounts payable daily mail on a timely basis. The Mailroom Clerk is responsible for reviewing and correcting data extracted by the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) process as it moves to the financial data processing platform.
Education/Experience:High School Diploma or GED1 year data entry and Microsoft Outlook or equivalent experience
Preferred :
OCR Technology experience
Skill sets :
Attention to detail, proficient in adobe, outlook experience, beginner excel experience, self-motivated, ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-oriented team environment, flexibility
