Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related projects and results as needed; can take direction with ease in multiple forms and work with all levels of internal management and staffPerform receptionist duties such as answering and directing calls, sending and disseminating mail/ packages, ordering office supplies and catering, and overseeing breakroomPerform administrative duties including office support services, in-person meeting prep, space planning, and workstation set-up for new hiresSupports Executive Assistant/ Office Manager with coordination & planning of events:
ForumsHoliday PartyEnjoy the Ride (ETR)Miscellaneous and ad hoc event support, as needed
Assist with the development and planning of Employee Resources Groups and Committees initiatives, as well as creating SharePoint contentAssists HR Department with various administrative tasks, as neededWhat You'll Bring:
High School Diploma or Equivalent3+ years
of administrative experienceA demonstrated ability to
multitask
and maintain professionalism through multiple interruptions.Proficiency in
Microsoft Office Applications , specifically Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Bluebeam.An ability to maintain and operate with a
high level of professionalism
and flexibility, adapting in a changing office environment, working with internal and external clients/coworkers and executives.Exceptional grammar , business writing, and presentation preparation skillsAdvanced verbal and
written communication skills
with all levels within and outside of the organization.Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.Excellent
planning and organizational skills
