Seeking a versatile, passionate Packaging Operator Iinterested in making waves in an innovative segment of the craft beer market. Job Responsibilities:

Basic ability to package product into cans or kegs following all standard operating procedures, while also being able to complete production adjustments based on the changing needs of the business.Able to master basic operations of each machine/station including starting and stopping machines, station setup, how to change a date code, and keeping machines fed with packaging materials.Monitor basic operations of packaging line machinery by shadowing Operator II+.Able to be trained to perform basic forklift operations.Communicate with management and other packaging team members on the status of packaging.Collect and submit pallet tags for cans, lids, and other packaging materials.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA and GMPs.Familiarize with product and attend sensory panels/off flavor training.Basic ability to navigate NetSuite - build pallets, print pallet tags, etc.Fill out daily packaging forms to update daily logs for CIPs, Cleaning, Downtime, etc.Other duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.Desired Experience/Traits

Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.Previous forklift experience preferred.Basic computer skills - Word, Excel, email.NetSuite experience is a plus.High school diploma or GED required.Job Details:

Location: Milford, CT.Salary: Commensurate with experience - Base salary and opportunities for performance bonuses.

Packaging Operator I starts at $21.50 based on experiencePackaging Operator II starts at $24.50 based on experience$4.00 Late night differential for the hours of 11pm-5am
