PSC Group is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to join our team at a petrochemical plant located in Port Allen, LA. Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available. This is a regular full-time position with potential advancement opportunities. Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PMPay Range:

Starting pay $29.00 with opportunity of advancement

Job Duties & Responsibilities:Primarily interfaces with production planner, finite schedulers, transportation (Ryder and TLP), operations, demand replenishment planners, and customer service groups to meet all demands of the customer.Responsible to notify all ExxonMobil ordering units of customer service failuresPlant single point of contact for all bulk and packaged product availabilitResponsible for researching/responding to plant related customer complaints. Coordinates lube returns.Single point of contact for all customer service inquiries from Customer Service Center, EMLT, and Demand Replenishment Planners (DRP), Ryder, and internal plant personnel.Communicates critical offloads to shipping coordinators.Evaluate package order carryovers from the previous day for reasoning and rescheduling with the DRPs and RyderDaily review and reporting of customer backorders via ProActive by 11 AM; verifies Goods Issue on previous days orders are completed. Provides root cause analysis on backorder trends.Oversee customer service inquiries from all ordering units through CX360 and the interplant log as well as plant personnel, including, but not limited to lube returns, credit/rebills, carrier claims, mis-shipments, and backorders.Inventory discrepancies are reported to VA for resolution. Then, assist investigation through communications with 3P warehouses and/or distributors.Creates and distributes a weekly report on the previous week's LIFR failures per area and a trend of LIFR YTD failure codes.

Job Qualifications:

Must be able to follow OSHA safety standards and be safety conscious at all timesMust possess a valid driver's license18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.Stable work history with good references from past employersPass a drug screen, physical, and background checkPSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus
