Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada (BGCSNV) is looking for candidates for Clubhouse Administrative Specialist. The Clubhouse Administrative Specialist is responsible for customer service delivery, oversight of data, memberships, attendance, tracking and payments at their clubhouse. They are responsible for the completion of a variety of adminstrative duties. Additionally, the Clubhoususe Administrative Specialist assists with operational functions of the clubhouse from time to time.

We are currently seeking applicants for our Agassi (800 N. Martin Luther King, LV) and Boulder Highway (3475 S. Mountain Vista St) Clubhouses.

Preferred Candidates will have the following:

A four-year degree in a relevant administrative fieldA minimum of two years’ work experience in bookkeeping or general office clerical duties or one year of experience as a Youth Development Professional (YDP) at a Boys & Girls Club organization or equivalentStrong verbal and written communication skillsSkilled in time management with the ability to meet deadlinesBilingual (English/Spanish) ability not required but helpful

Compensation: $15.38 hourly

but may qualify for a higher starting wage depending on your skills and experience. Eligible for full-time benefits after the first day of the month following 60 days of employment.

Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance, 401(k), Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off and Employee Assistance Program. Employment with BGCSNV may qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
