A long-standing and well respected civil construction company is seeking a
Pipe Foreman
to join their team.

The Pipe Foreman must be able to prepare daily progress reports, enter crew timecards, and possess good written and verbal communication skills.
The right individual will be capable of motivating crew with an emphasis on: Safety, Quality, and Production.
Pipe Foreman Responsibilities:
The Foreman is responsible to follow and promote the Company Safety Culture. As the front-line supervisor managing all work activities performed by their crew, he/she will be responsible for the following:Communicate project status in a timely and accurate mannerResponsible for developing a plan for the phase of workUnderstand the project requirementsIdentify risks and opportunities for the phase of workPrepare the crew to executeEnsure the team has staged equipment, materials at work areasResponsible for ensuring project execution goals are met for the phase of workSubmit correct time and quantities on daily time sheetsSubmit daily reportAlign phase of work craft and equipment for optimal results and create development opportunities for appropriate people
