Under the direction of the General Manager, the Office Manager is responsible for leading the office staff to achieve customer service goals and ensure Copart processes are implemented and followed for the Title Express functional unit they oversee. Through a thorough understanding of Copart practices, the Office Manager will lead their team to facilitate a unique Copart experience for customers by implementing and maintaining Copart best practices that meet company policy, quality, and service expectations. Title Express is responsible for assisting auto insurance companies with the Express of vehicle titles, title paperwork, and working with financial institutions and vehicle owners.Hire, train, develop and motivate staff membersManage day-to-day operations of a specified area within the Title Express process.Ensure all employees under their direct report meet company standardsEnsure performance is within Title Express SLA's and company standardsProvide direction to Team Lead(s) regarding metric-driven goalsEmployee scheduling, time and attendance managementAbility to complete all job tasks for positions supervisedConduct performance reviews and any required crucial conversations according to company standardsPlan and lead meetings with the Team Lead(s) to ensure daily complianceHandle employee/customer service issuesOther duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

High School Degree (GED), some college preferredThree (3) years office management or equivalent experienceComputer Proficiency (MS Office Suite)Excellent communication skills -- verbal and writtenExcellent customer service skillsAbility to hire, train and develop employeesBasic 10 Key proficiencyAbility to multi task in a fast paced environmentAbility to work in a fast -paced environmentManaging multiple processes for employeesConflict management skillsValid Driver's licenseBilingual skill a plus
