At Bakersfield Rehabilitation Hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients who are often recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions. Qualifications:Required Skills:High School Diploma or equivalent preferredCNA license preferred but required in the following states: ID, UT, WY, (SC only required if beds are licensed as a skilled nursing unit)STNA required in OHCPR Certification requiredOne (1) year experience in a hospital setting preferredAdditional Qualifications/Skills:Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.Demonstrates awareness of current Infection Control requirements and practicesDemonstrates clinical proficiency utilizing policies, procedures, and guidelinesDemonstrates appropriate use of supplies and equipmentDemonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.Effective organizational and time management skills.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.Ability to work closely and professionally with others.Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.Are you interested in relocating? Responsibilities:Working under the supervision of registered nurse, primarily responsible for providing direct bedside care to patients.
