Responsibilities:Specific job duties or deliverables that the position requires which will also measure performance:Provide direction and act as an MDM subject matter expert in project-based efforts.

Work with security teams to plan and implement security/device management policies.

Support and resolve complex system issues with other IT teams and support devices that are in the field.

Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, monitoring and management of the enterprise Mobile Device infrastructure managing the enterprise VMware Workspace One.

Provide technical support, troubleshooting, monitoring, and management of the enterprise supporting clients MDM environment.

Work with VMware Workspace One / AirWatch, Apple DEP and Samsung Knox.

Provide guidance in supporting the enterprise Workspace One / AirWatch environment, as well as the integration with third-party platforms.

Be responsible for the enterprise-wide distribution of mobile applications as well as the establishment and ongoing upkeep of technical documentation.

Assist with day-to-day enrollment/provisioning/monitoring of devices, tracking, monitoring, and troubleshooting, as necessary

Responsible for monitoring and resolving Service Desk escalated incident and problem tickets assigned to the team regarding Workspace One / AirWatch.

Assist in proper capacity planning and management.

Support existing Workspace One / AirWatch integration with Apple DEP and Samsung Knox.

Updating, evaluating, and making changes to current documentation and guiding end users to implemented changes.

Test Android and iOS-based phones and/or tablets.

Position involves all aspects of Mobile Device Support systems configuration, set up and maintenance for new hardware and software, as well as existing systems.Deploy and manage workstations using Microsoft Intune with a focus on automation to streamline processes.

Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune for optimal performance and security.

Set up user accounts for new hires and manage the termination process for departing employees using automated workflows.

Develop and implement automation scripts to enhance efficiency in workstation deployment and account management.

Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to workstation and user configurations.

Maintain documentation for configuration management and lifecycles for both workstations and users.

Configure automated patching of workstation operating systems and installed applications.

Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences.

Stay updated with the latest features and best practices for administration and related technologies.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:5 years of technical experience in a computing environment with experience in complex, hybrid (On-premises and Cloud) and highly diverse data, application, and technology environments

4 years’ experience with VMware Workspace One

4 years’ experience with Microsoft InTune.

Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions.

In-depth knowledge of endpoint management, security, and compliance using Intune.

Good experience with package building/deployment

Minimum 5 years’ experience in deploying and administering Microsoft Server Operating Systems.

Advanced working knowledge of MS Windows Server OS and newer

Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting

Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Intune and Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.

Knowledge of MS Active Directory and Group Policies

Knowledge of Cloud servers’ deployment and administration (GCP, Azure, AWS)

Workspace ONE professional certification would be considered an asset

Windows Server & VM ware Administration training is an asset

Experience with iOS & Android device management an asset
