This role demands a sense of urgency, ready to embrace the responsibilities with vigor and precision.What You'll Do:Administrative Support:Streamline and manage David Ledyard's schedule, promoting peak organization and efficiency.Serve as a pivotal liaison between David and other team members and/or outside entities (courts, medical facilities, providers, insurance companies, and so on), ensuring clear and prioritized communication.Assist in managing David's professional commitments, thereby allowing him to concentrate on strategic firm decisions.Engage in document drafting, editing, filing, and publishing, including critical documents like Letters of Representation and Personal Injury Protection forms.Client Intake and Communication:Handle a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and empathy, establishing a stellar first impression.Oversee the client intake process, from scheduling consultations to screening cases, ensuring a smooth and welcoming client journey.Ensure information is conveyed promptly and accurately, upholding the firm's high standards of client service.Measures of Success:24-timeline turn-around for all client communicationEnsure no tasks are dropped day to dayDotted line accountability for timely case closureMoving client timely through all stages, ensuring no client remains stagnant Project Coordination:Assist in tracking and following up on special projects within the firm, providing regular updates to keep David informed on key developments.What We're Looking For:Experience and Education:At least 3 years of proven administrative and client experience, ideally within a legal setting, with a preference for backgrounds in personal injury and/or immigration law.High School Diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in legal administration are a plus.Skills and Abilities:Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Exemplary communication abilities, both written and verbal, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and instilling trust and confidence in both our clients and outside entities.Proficiency with legal-based CRMs, particularly CLIO (or similar) preferred.Why You Should Work Here:Be at the forefront of merging cutting-edge technology with the noble pursuit of justice.Contribute to a culture that values innovation, dedication, and a personalized approach to legal services.Make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve, enhancing their journey toward justice through technology.Perks and Benefits:Competitive Salary: We are committed to offering competitive compensation that aligns with the expertise and experience our candidates bring to the table. For this role the salary range is $50,000 - $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.Retirement: 401k, 3% match - 90 days inTime off: 10 paid days off.
