Management & Program Analyst

This position requires an active Secret clearance and US Citizenship.

A Management & Program Analyst is responsible for conducting analysis and providing support in various management and program-related activities within an organization. They collect and analyze data, assess program performance, and identify areas for improvement. They assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures, as well as monitoring and evaluating program outcomes. The Management & Program Analyst also prepares reports, presentations, and recommendations for management, and may collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and coordination. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range Management & Program Analyst: $84,361.89. Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

Management & Program Analyst Responsibilities Include:

Provides detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials (e.g. slides, after action reports, minutes).Advises and provides personnel systems and career field expertise to shape and develop current and future programs, trainings, and programmatic documents.Coordinates and collaborates to establish and execute CE enterprise level Force Development engagements/events and strategic messaging plans. Continually refines processes and communications requirements.Conducts focus groups to ascertain force development shortfalls, training gaps and recommendations for virtual events to develop the military (enlisted & officer) as well as our civilian force (both Wage Grade and General Schedule).Coordinates and collaborates to develop and execute professional development training and engagements/events.Presents two fully developed engagement, event, or training plans to Senior Leaders for approval and prioritization.Fully develops engagements, events, and trainings (the program).Analyzes proposed changes to policy and advise leadership and stakeholders on the impacts and recommended action plans.Reviews programmatic documents for technical clarity and compliance and provides technical writing assistance.Prepares staffs and stakeholders for related meetings and conferences. As requested, accompany them to related meetings and conferences.Coordinates, schedules, and executes travel and meetings for all parties in support of the program (e.g. make Defense Travel System orders, reserve rooms, etc.).Updates and maintains electronic communications tools (e.g. CE portal website, playbooks, my vector, mentorship documents, etc.).Updates and maintains point of contact and distribution lists.Analyzes career field manning data and inform all stakeholders on current and potential future impacts, discrepancies, and trends via reports, briefings, and papers.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Management & Program Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

Associates degree (Human Resources is highly desired) and experience within Human Resources is highly desired. Three (3) years of professional work experience related to Human Resources HR, preferably in a federal agency.Broad expertise level knowledge in reviewing/implementing strategies, processes, policies, and programs related to Human Resources management.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.Exceptional soft skills and the ability to comfortably interact with senior level government and contractor personnel on an as needed basis.Ability to grasp and competently apply policy to human resource management.Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.Event Coordination skills.Knowledge of Diversity and Inclusion topics.Broad knowledge and development of AF programs, policies and guidance.Proficiently skilled with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) through a federal investigation.Ability to pass a U.S. Government security investigation and must be local to DC.Active Secret security clearance.Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
