If we have your attention, then read on to learn more.About this role.As a Physician in our Lockwood Family Medicine practice, you'll work collaboratively with 3 additional providers (1 physician and 2 APPs), to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with in-house behavioral health, in-house pharmacy, and specialty providers within the community.Competitive Compensation:
$280,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive.Quality Bonus:
$15,000 (based on your score of 4 quality metrics).Incentives:
$25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $100,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). We're also PSLF eligible!You would practice at our Lockwood Family Medicine clinic.You typically work four 10-hour shifts during the week, no weekends.You will work in a brand new practice that has supportive colleagues, consulting physicians, and strong nursing staff.You'll be a part of a growing practice with strong community ties!You'll provide full spectrum family medicine care to a wide range of patients.You'll be able to practice 100% outpatient with no OB.How we'll support you.We care about your well-being - mind, body, and spirit - which is why we provide our caregivers with a generous benefits package.
