Cherokee Nation Solution Link (CNSL)

is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team in support of a federal client's process automation and strategic transformation efforts. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, performing systems integration, and driving the design and implementation of new and enhanced capabilities. You will be responsible for providing oversight, mentoring business analysts, and addressing problems related to systems integration and multi-platform compatibility.

Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities Include:

Collaborate with Process Architects and Product Owners to perform feasibility analysis and design new capabilities, ensuring alignment with user requirements.Provide oversight, recommendations, and mentoring to business analysts, ensuring quality reviews and adherence to best practices.Address systems integration, compatibility, and multi-platform challenges, supporting the adaptation of functional business requirements into enterprise technical solutions.Leverage Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools, such as UiPath, to devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems within system limitations.Perform in-depth analysis of user needs, documenting requirements, and translating them into system specifications.Support all phases of testing, including functional, integration, Section 508 compliance, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Assist in creating and modifying training materials for both virtual and classroom training sessions.Performs other job-related duties as required.

Business Systems Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience with automation tools.UiPath Automation Business Analyst Certification required.IRS MBI clearance preferred.Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.Strong analytical skills with a focus on systems integration and process optimization.Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies, with the ability to formulate and define system scopes and objectives.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in working closely with federal clients.Experience supporting strategic transformation and process improvement initiatives.Familiarity with RPA tools and methodologies, especially UiPath.Knowledge of Agile methodologies preferred.Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
