DeBra-Kuempel combines the expertise of two of the tri-states oldest and most innovative companies, providing mechanical and electrical services to Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Evansville, Lexington, Louisville, and the surrounding areas.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*** Ensure delivery vehicle is in a safe operating condition by completing the pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily.* Verify accuracy of all equipment picked up or delivered using PO and Job Number.* Maintain a clean, safe environment in the cab as well as outside of vehicle, plus ensure gates and lift gate are secure to the vehicle; wash vehicle as necessary.* When not in use, all straps and blocking materials & tools are to be safely stowed in their proper place.* Comply with all safe driving rules and traffic laws.* Ensure that the materials on the truck are secure, properly strapped and blocked.* Ensure that all paperwork is in vehicle when handling hazardous material.* Performs material, tools and equipment pickup at suppliers for delivery to either the shop or jobsite.* Ensure that all deliveries arrive in a timely manner.* End of the day: make sure all delivery packaging is discarded in the proper container and all paperwork is turned in (pick/up delivery receipts, pre-post trip inspections).* Wear complete DeBra-Kuempel uniform (PPE) with necessary badges or identification.* Keep shop clean and organized.* Notify proper staff of any vehicle maintenance issues.* Assist with warehouse duties when needed.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS*** High School diploma or equivalent.* Work hours: 7:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. Monday Friday (additional hours when necessary).* Hold a valid CDL A drivers license (Optional).* Current DOT Medical Card.* Clean MVR.* Physically able to lift 50 lbs.* Team player**We offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package and are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
