Your role
In your role as a Customer Operations Intern you will: Work with our front-end website development team creating training and performance tools. You’ll work with code to create custom websites and simulated tools for Learning and Development practices.
What you will bring with you
You are a motivated and driven student who is currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program with a GPA of 3.0 or higher, and you must have a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
For this position, you need to bring what you have learned in your pursuit of a bachelor’s degree and a desire to learn how you can impact the Learning & Development tools and websites at Spectrum.
This is a learning-intensive program designed to give you essential business insights and hands-on experience in your field. It’s a full-time, 10-week commitment from

through
August 1, 2025.
This internship is located in Charlotte, NC.
Skills and experience required for this role include:
Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently
Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
Ability to work 100% in office
Analytical skills
Communication Skills - Verbal and Written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
