Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Estimator. The Chief Estimator will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and managing the estimating process and team for steel fabricated and erected projects. This includes analyzing project plans, specifications, and other documentation to determine the scope of work, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, and collaborating with project teams to ensure effective project planning and execution.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of steel fabrication and erection processes and techniquesExpertise in reading and interpreting project plans, specifications, and other documentationProficiency in cost estimating software and toolsExcellent mathematical and analytical skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in the steel construction industry is a mustBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field a plus
Compensation: $100,000.00 per year
