As a Principal Solution Consultant, you have global functional responsibility for the SAP Success F actors Employee Central module across all the International markets. Ensure technical feasibility in the implementation from conception to system configuration and integration. You will be part of the transformative projects and foundational improvements of Walmart's Workforce Enablement systems globally.

What you'll do:

Work as an Individual contributor who owns the Functional Solution and Integrations design for SuccessFactors business processes in Walmart's leveraging SAP standard solution.

Bring best in class consulting experience in SAP SuccessFactors and proven track record of SuccessFactors implementation experience in multiple modules.

Ability to work independently in all phases of projects starting from business requirement gathering, solution design, build, testing (Integration, Regression, UAT), Data loads and cutover, Go live and Hypercare.

Should be able to guide/mentor group of SuccessFactors Senior consultants and Consultants to oversee their work and build solution consulting and design skillset.

Is responsible for Solution architecture/design for various business processes and integrations.

Brings best practice of retails and other domains and brings adoption of the same.

Bring innovative solutions, automation, CI/CD, cloud native app development (BTP) in SAP deployments.

Provide Recommendations to business problems with pro and cons.

Should possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in customer centric environment.

Work with the user community to determine the best solution to help resolve customer problems and satisfy customer requirements.

Build a good rapport with business community, cross functional teams and program leadership.

Should have strong articulation skills and stakeholder management.

Should be able to own end to end responsibility for HR solutions being deployed in SuccessFactors.

Must have hands on experience in Configuration, writing of Configuration Workbooks, Test Management/Strategy, platform related changes, Cloud Integrations using BTP and role-based permissions.

Good understanding of TOGAF architecture principles.

Experience in open stack integrations along with SAP/SuccessFactors.

Provide oversight to various Projects and change requests to assess overall impact.

Utilize Agile project methodology during each phase of the implementation.

Stakeholder management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both within the organization and with external vendors or partners.

Continuously staying up to date with the latest SuccessFactors features and functionalities and providing recommendations for process improvements to the business.

What you'll bring:

Strong experience in implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, experience in other SuccessFactors modules like PMGM, Compensation and EC Payroll is a plus.

Familiar with HR processes, ideally with LATAM country specifics

Strong experience in EC Payroll and integration with EC.

Extensive knowledge of Role Based Permissions and Provisioning/XML data models.

Extensive experience with Cloud integration using BTP with other 3 rd party systems and applications, including standard SuccessFactors Integrations.

Should have worked on Integrations with SAP On premise systems like Finance, SRM, GRC and other 3 rd party systems.

Should posses' strong knowledge on oData APIs for 3 rd party integrations.

Good understanding of Agile/Scrum processes and tools- JIRA

Strong experience of middleware systems PI/PO, Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Centre.

Strong experience in developing cloud native applications in SAP BTP.

Good understanding of incident management and change management processes and tools like ServiceNow.

Good experience with data migration and data management activities in SF.

Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and drive automations in SuccessFactors applications

Extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Implementation in reputed global organization.

Extensive knowledge of 3 rd party Cloud Integrations and SAP BTP Integration suite.

Minimum 15+ years of experience in implementation / application enhancement /production support/ projects in SAP SuccessFactors/ SAP HR.

Should have valid Associate level certification and completed delta exam in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Cloud Platform Integrations.

Minimum experience of 5+ implementation projects.

Must have hands-on knowledge and experience on support tools - Service Now, JIRA.

Effective business communication and stakeholder management skills.

Spanish Language is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00



Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
