Product Strategy and Operations Manager

to join our Product Management team. This role will support high visibility, cross-functional projects that span product metrics, product operations, and new product launches. This position is going to an individual contributor role.The team drives strategic Product growth initiatives and heavily contributes to long term growth strategy, strategic planning, operational improvements, and works closely with product leaders and cross functional partners for prioritizing product investments across our product portfolio, partnerships, and potential acquisitions. You will have the opportunities to work closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and executive leaders across the organization to shape strategy and drive operations.Job Duties:Develop deep know how and understanding of RingCentral's business & performance.Market Research: Conduct primary and secondary market research to inform decision making. Period updates on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify potential threats and opportunities.Product Strategy & Analytics: Develop consistent usage metrics across all product areas, generate business insights and develop strategic business cases outlining opportunities that unlock potential value.Product Operations: Establish and maintain operational processes and frameworks to streamline product development, deployment, and performance tracking. Identify opportunities for efficiency in processes and operating models.Cross Functional Alignment: Work with cross functional teams such as Product, Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance, and Corporate Development, to develop action plans based on the insights and execute strategic initiatives.Executive Presentations: Support communication efforts with executive staff and Board of Directors.Desired Qualifications:5-7 years of work experience with growing levels of responsibility2+ years of experience with a top-tier strategy consulting, product management, or strategy & operations at a high-growth companyTop-tier undergraduate and master's degrees (MBA preferred) or equivalent work experienceExcellent strategic, problem-solving & analytical skills and ability to synthesize a compelling story to drive alignment and outcomes.Analytical mindset with financial modeling and problem-solving skills.Ability to generate insights from data and make actionable recommendations.Experience with enterprise software / SaaS industry, unified communication, contact center, collaboration and cloud technology strongly preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
