Senior Technical Advisor

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Sr Technical Advisor to work with a large enterprise in Columbia, SC.

This role is remote.Duties:Provide senior level technical expertise on decisions and priorities regarding the enterprise’s overall systems architecture, and instrumental in analysis and recommendation of infrastructure, architecture, application and performance enhancements.Provides complex and vital knowledge critical to the setting of vision and strategies within the IT organization.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.Thorough understanding of operating systems and foundation architecture.Expert knowledge of the following as applicable: systems programming, graphical user interfaces, control languages, development, quality assurance, integration methodologies, and the use of currently utilized programming productivity tools.Expert knowledge in the analysis of system software, tools, technologies, and/or products and making recommendations for performance enhancements.Thorough understanding of the implications of multiple systems software products.

Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), Backup and Recovery/Disaster Recovery, Database security
