Technical PM / Delivery Lead

Title: Technical PM / Delivery LeadLocation-Chatham, NY (Onsite)Duration: Long termRequired Qualification/Skillset:Experience as Technical PM or Delivery Lead role on Quality Management System implementation projects (TrackWise Digital experience preferred. Can also consider other systems' experience such as Veeva, Compliance Quest, etc. if candidate has transferable skillset)Should ideally have some hands-on experience configuring and implementing TrackWise Digital modules - Platform, EQMS, Complaints, SQM, etc. Change Control module experience ideal.Experience integrating TrackWise Digital with other enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, Data Warehouse, etc.)Experience with data migration from legacy systems to TrackWise DigitalTrackWise Digital Certified and Salesforce Certified (Admin/Platform App Builder/Platform Developer)Experience leading an agile software development team and CI/CD toolset (Jira, Bitbucket, etc)Experience with developing Functional/Configuration specifications and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) test scripts for implementing TrackWise Digital application functionalityResponsibilities:Work with Client's business and IT teams to understand and provide technical inputs to business requirements and user storiesDevelop functional specification and technical design to meet defined requirements and user storiesManage the development team to configure, build and deploy solutions based on defined Technical designConduct demo/playback sessions with client's business and IT teamsOversee testing of System configuration and build, code reviews and mergesFacilitate technical discussions with the client's IT teams for integrations and data migration activitiesProvide oversight and inputs during the creation and execution of user acceptance test (UAT) and validation test scripts and defect resolutionSkills: Platform, EQMS, SQM, Data Warehousing, Quality Management System, CI/CD, Compliance Quest
