Bloomington, IN!
Position Details:
Full-time36 hours/3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts)Rotating weekend shitsClinic hours are 8am-8pm
8am-6pm Saturday & Sunday
No call100% outpatientAges 3 months and upServices offered: injury and illness care, laceration repair, I&D, EKGs, occupational medicine including work comp, DOT physicals, and sports physicalsQualifications:
FNP or PA certification
requiredAt least 6 months of urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine as an APP
requiredMust obtain DOT certification within 30 days of hireIU Health offers a value-based compensation package that includes: group insurance (health, dental, life, disability), 401k with company match, generous PTO, CME allowance/time off, relocation assistance, and malpractice insurance coverage.
