What You'll DoResponsible for assigned book of business amounting to $800k (or more) in revenueProcess renewals and incidental new business, cancellations, audits, and endorsement requestsDelegate cancellations, audits, and endorsement requestsInvoice policies, audits, endorsements, and cancellations as appropriateResponsible for accuracy of your work product and that of others assisting youMonitor issuance of certificates of insuranceCreate certificate guidelines formResponsible for renewal listMarket renewal policiesNegotiate coverages and premiums with carriersProvide producer with renewal proposalsFinal check on policies for coverageRespond to or refer insured's' and underwriters' questions or requestsAssist producer, accounting department and client in the reconciliation of client accountsResponsible for account roundingDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients

You Should HaveBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceProven experience as a Client Manager, Account Manager, or similar role in the P&C brokerage industry for 5-7+ years requiredProperty & Casualty Insurance License requiredExperience working with education or non-profit clients a plusCISR/CIC designation or other advanced designation preferredExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated comfort with renewal cycle and processesPossesses time management and problem solving skillsPersonal responsibility and accountability for assigned book of businessAbility to build and grow professional relationships with clients
