Tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, demonstration, end-user testing, and support post Go-Live.The expected pay rate is $95k-$110k/yr. Collate and synthesize the local HR (Core) business requirements.Coordinate the HR (Core) working group of SMEs and specific windows to commit to project.Drive detailed work to ensure system design, anticipating any local misalignment or issues and ensuring they are addressed at a local level during delivery.Advocate standard template at local level and work with Global HR Program team to resolve any exceptions.Drive detailed work ensure delivery meets expectations.Collaborate with regional and general managers to ensure validity of employee information (unionized and non-unionized).Provide guidance on best practice based on global HRIS standards.Lead change management and train the trainer approach in dayforce transition.Feed into test script creation and be involved in testing.Represent HR (core) to escalate issues (and lessons learned) early through the project/ program governance structure.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
