Due to our business expanding we are currently looking for a Delivery Service Assistant to join our fantastic team based in Andover.Key Responsibilities:- You will be working a 38.75 hour week (excluding breaks) on a rota` d basis.- Maintaining timely communication by phone with our customers to manage expectations- Map read and / or satellite navigation and provide clear instructions for the driver to locate customers` properties using the best route- Providing exceptional customer service, by building a rapport and effectively dealing with any customer queries- Heavy lifting and assembly of products to the customer`s room of choice.
