Insight Global is partnering with a defense customer in Fort Meade, MD to hire a TS/SCI Cleared Systems Requirements Engineer. This individual will be a part of a growing team responsible for providing various areas of support to a Program Management Office (PMO). Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work with both technical and non-technical personnel for requirements gathering and guidance, partner with Vendors for standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provide recommendations for improvement.

Provide documentation and reporting on findings and validate requirements through reviews and feedback from key players.

Communicate with vendors and develop new/improved system design and architecture based on requirements.

Salary: $170,000-$190,000

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience or 12 years of experience as a Systems Requirements Engineer.

Ability to gather requirements from government personnel and management to provide guidance and recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
