What You'll Do:Lead our clients and teams on their analytics journey which includes collaborating on their strategic vision for analytics, crafting a pragmatic roadmap of initiatives, and aiding our clients in the implementation of these initiativesAnalyze and interpret trends or patterns in substantial and/or intricate data setsSuggest strategies for easier preparation and blending of data to bolster analyticsAssist in creation of forecasting and predictive analytics modelsGenerate compelling insights through visual analytics, dashboards, and/or reportingConduct interviews with clients to perform current state/future state gap analysis and identify the root causes of challengesDesign process and data flows using standard flowcharting methodologyWhat You'll Bring:
2+ years of relevant experience in handling large data sets and interpreting data to derive impactful insights and recommendationsKnowledge of industries, including investment banking, broker-dealers, custody, fund administration and investment managementStrong understanding of capital markets across the trade and client life cycle; and typical systems and downstream processes (Risk, Finance, Compliance)3+ years professional service experience or comparable experience working as an advisor to a financial services organizationProficiency in one or more of the following: Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, Snowflake, SQL, Python, and/or R>
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or similar disciplineWillingness to travel based on client preferences

For applicants located in New York, CrossCountry Consulting is required to include an estimate of the compensation range for this role. The following range takes into account a wide range of factors including but not limited to, skills, experience, education, licenses, certifications, business needs, and internal equity. An estimate of the current range is $75,500 - $160,000 per year + annual bonus + additional benefits.
