This Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting the Plant Operations Director with maintaining the care of the community facility for residents, employees and the public. This includes lawn care, painting, remodeling, plumbing and other general building maintenance. The maintenance person must be knowledgeable in all areas of building maintenance and must be able to work independently. Responsibilities: Follows and upholds thecommunity'sphilosophy and goal to maintain, improve and/or enhance each residents quality of care and quality of lifeFollows and upholds policies and procedures of the community.
