As a Scrum Master at VisualVault, you will play a pivotal role within our Implementation Services team, taking ownership of critical tasks aimed at driving successful Agile project execution for our esteemed clients. Your responsibilities will include leading Scrum ceremonies, facilitating comprehensive sprint planning sessions, and conducting thorough process improvement exercises on multi-year engagements. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with development and test teams to enhance traceability and comprehension, ensuring the seamless integration of our solutions into our clients' workflows.

Guide and mentor teams in Agile best practices, including task definition, velocity, and burndown.Monitor team progress continually and make appropriate adjustments to ensure project success.Conduct backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.Maintain traceability between requirements, user stories, and issues to ensure alignment and clarity.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited and reputed school.ScrumMaster certification required.5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.7+ years of experience with enterprise software implementations.Preferred experience with Public Sector projects.Proven ability to manage customer interactions with diplomacy and professionalism.Demonstrated experience in leading and coaching teams through all stages of project completion.Strong understanding of the software development process and lifecycle.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Jira administration, including the creation of reports and dashboards.

Please note that this position is an onsite/hybrid role, requiring candidates to be located in Tempe, AZ, and work from our corporate headquarters a minimum of 3 times per week. Candidates must be able to commute to the corporate office located in Tempe, AZ as needed. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
