We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our customer service team in the public utilities sector. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing customer service operations through data analysis, process improvement, and strategic recommendations. Required Skills & Experience-Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field.-5+ years of business systems analysis experience, preferably in the public utilities sector.-Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (consider UML (Unified Modeling Language that will be beneficial when creating / documenting workflows, use cases, etc. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
