Multifamily Construction Field Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:Project Oversight:
Oversee all subcontractors and site conditions, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and quality standards.Multifamily Builds:
Provide oversight for multifamily construction projects ranging from 200-400 units, primarily ground-up work.Site Management:
Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance at all times.Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.Qualifications:
Experience:
Must have significant experience in multifamily build projects.Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.Benefits:
