Interventional Cardiologist
to join the hospital-employed group in Owensboro, KY consisting of nine cardiologists and eight cardiac PAs/NPs.Due to volume in our expanded 18-county service area, we are seeking an additional Interventionalist to spend on average 2.5 days per week in our state-of-the-art labs, and 2.5 days per week covering outpatient clinics.$650,000 base compensation guaranteed for three yearsImmediate RVU bonus potential$50,000 Upfront bonus$6,000 CME annuallyStudent loan forgiveness and fellowship stipends availableSix weeks Paid Time Off (PTO)Funded liability insurance/malpractice/tail coverage, multiple retirement plans, full health/medical benefitsHospital-employed position with integrated EMR (Epic) in hospital and clinics1:4 Interventional callNewly-built hospital (2013) licensed for 477 beds, with state-of-the-art equipmentFour Cath labs and Hybrid ORProviding access to care for a population draw of 560,000Family Medicine Residency program onsite - teaching opportunities available
